The Lemon Turtle

The Lemon Turtle is a business, set up and run by a group of Aboriginal Youth who are producing a range of Indigenous products for sale on the open market.

We take pride in our  culture and aim to return to a healthy lifestyle our Ancestors enjoyed.

The Lemon Turtle is affiliated with Barkuma Neighbourhood Centre from Kurri Kurri.

Some of our products include:

Lemon Myrtle Syrup - No two batches are ever the same. This syrup has a uniquely Australian flavour of the rainforest, which can be used to enhance the taste of ice cream, fruit salad and pancakes. Ideal syrup to enhance the flavour of champagne.

Emu Oil Products - Emu oil is recommended as an                  anti-inflammatory to ease pain from arthritis, muscle and joint aches. It is practical for any skin types and is an exceptional moisturiser. Most of our beauty range made by us are emu oil based, due to its amazing healing properties.

Lemon Myrtle & Lavender Body Butter - Hand made from pure Emu oil. This body butter has an extremely crisp scent of Lemon Myrtle and Lavender. These oils are great for rejuvenating your skin and adding a touch of luxury to your day.

Emu Body Polish - Ideal for those tired, aching hands and feet. Using a quality sea salt infused with macadamia oil, emu oil and a quality blend of pure and essential oils, we have made a product suitable for any skin type. Some say it’s… “A relaxing spa and polish for your skin”

Lemon Myrtle Gobstoppers - Made in the colours of the Aboriginal Flag. Has the great taste of lemon myrtle. A treat for the Kids! Eye catching for promotional events or fundraisers! Also available in Aniseed Myrtle.

Gift Baskets - Made to order for that “Special Occasion”. Beautifully presented gift baskets which contain various goodies to suit individual tastes. Prices to suit all budgets.
